Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $45,000 – $70,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.



Role Overview

We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to guide patients through their care journey. The role combines empathy with operational discipline — making sure appointments, referrals, and follow-ups happen on time, every time.


Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across providers and specialties

- Manage referrals, prior authorisations, and insurance verifications

- Communicate with patients via phone, secure messaging, and email

- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR

- Coordinate care transitions and follow-up workflows

- Triage patient questions to clinical staff appropriately


Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years in healthcare administration, patient care coordination, or front-office roles

- Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks)

- Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance basics

- Excellent written and verbal communication and patient empathy

- HIPAA awareness and discretion with patient information

- Comfort with high-volume, schedule-driven work
