2. About the Opportunity:
The Patient Advocate Data Entry I plays a key role within the Customer Success team by ensuring accurate and timely data entry of patient orders. This position supports the organization''s workflow and compliance with regulatory standards, directly impacting the quality of patient care and operational efficiency.
3. Responsibilities:
• Accurately and promptly translate healthcare information and test orders into the database.
• Review orders for completeness and communicate any missing information.
• Maintain high-quality data throughput.
• Comply with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations.
4. Requirements:
• Experience in data entry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Quick learner with problem-solving and research skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptability to policy and procedure changes.
• Proficiency with Windows and internet browsers.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year experience in a medical setting.
• Higher net typing speed is preferred.
