This position has a remote working location within the Netherlands until the office location has been decided.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversea distributors' demand planning/order collection, review, and delivery
  • Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of ID and NSC's
  • Clear collection of market-oriented information on import permits, customs clearance requirements, documents, packaging and boxing, TC, customs, relevant laws/regulations/systems of the destination country, market and product planning, etc
  • Follow up on missing parts orders from overseas distributors
  • Business Management of DCS System for Spare Parts in Subsidiary Companies
  • Task indicator coordination, distribution agreement, spare parts operation training
  • Communicate with parts warehouse supplier and logistics suppliers
  • Support strategic business development of supply chain related KPI's
  • Work closely with domestic team to strategically establish an Overseas warehouse.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar qualification and several years experience in Supply Chain
  • Spare parts warehouse (in/outbound) management experience is a must.
  • Importing goods from Overseas into Europe experience is a must
  • Familiarity of regulatory & compliance related matters of importing parts
  • People management skills preferred
  • Strong cross team communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and learning abilities, with strong achievement motivation and stress resistance;
  • Possess overall thinking and practical experience in projects under complex business changes
