Accountabilities
- Define and execute the systems strategy for the partnerships function, identifying opportunities to build, optimize, or retire tools and processes
- Act as the primary liaison between partnerships and cross-functional teams such as legal, finance, and technical systems
- Own and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and alignment with business needs
- Build and maintain operational workflows including donor pipeline management, vetting processes, fund allocation, and communications tracking
- Establish clear policies, documentation, and protocols to standardize and scale team operations
- Support donor engagement efforts by creating systems that improve relationship tracking and delivery on commitments
- Identify operational gaps and proactively implement scalable solutions as the team grows
- Proven experience in operations, project management, or systems management within fast-paced environments
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable processes across teams and tools
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders with diverse priorities
- Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and coordination of complex initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks independently
- Comfort using technology, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency
- Experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, fundraising, or donor relations environments
- Background in building or scaling operational systems in high-growth organizations
- Exposure to compliance, legal coordination, or financial workflows
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
