We’re looking for a Partnership Executive to join our team and help us drive company growth by building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. If you have experience in sales, a passion for business development, and enjoy taking on new challenges, this role is for you!

➡️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Develop sales strategies to meet (and exceed) established targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and turn them into strategic partnerships.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closing.
• Present products and solutions to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate agreements and ensure client/partner needs are met, while maintaining the company’s reputation.
• Keep sales databases up to date and participate in required meetings and training sessions.
  
  

➡️ What We Value

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• +4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR tech or SaaS products.
• Experience managing client/partner relationships and closing commercial deals, particularly in the EMEA region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive mindset to seek new opportunities and generate value in every interaction.
