roles & Responsibilities
- Define and own the US partnerships strategy across SIs, banking platforms, and ecosystem players.
- Build and manage a high-quality partner pipeline.
- Own the full partner journey — sourcing, structuring, signing, activation, and co-selling.
- Build the partnership operating model: ICP, messaging, deal structures, and enablement materials.
- Turn partnerships into measurable pipeline and direct revenue contribution.
- Cross-functional Work closely with Product to shape integrations, APIs, and roadmap priorities.
- 6–12+ years in partnerships or BD within B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record closing and scaling enterprise partnerships
- Experience working with SIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini) and/or banking platform ecosystems
- Strong familiarity with financial services and regulated enterprise environments
- Experience building a function from zero at an early-stage or scaling company
- Commercial mindset — you focus on outcomes, not logos
