At Herbal Cacao we believe business can be a sacred offering. We share ceremonial cacao with wellness studios, retreat spaces, yoga schools and holistic shops across the Netherlands, and that community of partners is at the heart of everything we do. The role
We're looking for a entrepreneurial Partnership Manager to hold and grow our Dutch B2B family. You'll be the first point of contact for our partners, welcoming new aligned stockists, caring for the ones we already love, and making sure every partner feels supported. It's a relationship-led role, not admin-heavy: ordering runs largely through our B2B portal, so your energy goes into people and growth.
What you'll do
- Develop new partnerships: research, contact and onboard aligned retailers, wellness studios, retreat centres and holistic shops.
- Care for existing partners: host a monthly partner Q&A, track engagement, and reach out personally to any partner who's gone quiet.
- Give our key partners regular, personal attention.
- Follow up warm leads from our website with warmth and speed.
- Keep partner records, pipeline and orders current in our CRM and B2B portal.
- Share market insights with the team.
What we're looking for
- Based in the Netherlands; fluent Dutch and English.
- A natural relationship-builder: warm, trustworthy, people-first.
- Self-starter who can own the work independently.
- Experience in B2B sales, partnerships or account/relationship management.
- A genuine love for ceremonial cacao, holistic wellness and heart-led connection.
