The Global Anti-Scam Alliance seeks a proactive Partner Relation Manager to grow our chapter by strengthening partnerships and expanding membership. You will be instrumental in advancing our mission to protect people globally from scams.
About the Global Anti-Scam Alliance
GASA is a rapidly growing non-profit that unites governments, law enforcement, consumer authorities, tech companies, financial institutions, cybersecurity experts, and private organizations to share knowledge, raise awareness, and combat scams globally. Our annual global anti-scam summits bring together thought leaders shaping safer digital ecosystems. To increase our local impact, we are establishing regional chapters to foster collaboration and grow our partner network.
Your role
As Partner Relation Manager you will serve as the primary link between GASA and its community of members, partners, and stakeholders. Balancing strategic relationship management with operational execution, you will ensure every engagement drives value and growth. Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing Directors, you will coordinate seamless onboarding, retention, and renewal processes.
As Partner Relation Manager, you will:
- Manage and nurture relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor satisfaction to drive retention and renewals.
- Maintain an overview of services promised and delivered per member/partner.
- Be the first point of contact for member support and inquiries.
- Identify upselling, renewal, and new partnership opportunities.
- Support marketing and event activities to align with sales efforts.
- Coordinate internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Facilitate engagement via virtual and onsite events.
- Represent GASA at key industry conferences and summits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for tracking and reporting.
You bring
- Master’s degree in business administration, International Relations, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- At least ten years’ experience in C-level stakeholder management, leading networks, business development, account management, or partnership building, ideally in anti-fraud, cybersecurity, or non-profit sectors.
- Expertise in and knowledge of B2B settings in anti-fraud, cybersecurity, anti-scam, digital trust, and regulatory sector and topics.
- Proven success engaging C-level, governments, NGOs, and private organizations in public-private partnerships, with a service-oriented personality and strong emotional intelligence.
- Proven experience and comfortable with C-level presence, governments and NGO’s public private partnerships, comfort working with Fortune 100 companies and regulators.
- Excellent English communication, additional language skills are a plus.
- Results-oriented, hands-on approach with proactive initiative in fast-paced environments.
- Based in or willing to establish a remote base in the Netherlands with occasional travel.
