Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (pro-rata)

AEON Energy is a renewable energy company developing and deploying integrated solar, wind, and marine energy systems. The company works on international projects focused on island and coastal energy resilience and participates in innovation programmes supported by organisations such as Innovate UK.
Role Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Officer to support the company’s administrative operations, HR processes, and project reporting activities. The role will involve assisting with general administration, coordinating project documentation and reporting, and supporting HR processes including the management of Skilled Worker visa sponsorship documentation and compliance. The role is primarily remote but may require occasional attendance at the office approximately once per month.
There is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position as the company continues to grow.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage documentation and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a small startup environment
Desirable
- Experience supporting Innovate UK / UKRI or other publicly funded project reporting
- Experience with HR administration or visa sponsorship processes
- Experience working in renewable energy, engineering, or technology sectors
