This is a contract-based remote role for a Paralegal with strong drafting experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents, conducting thorough research, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all documentation through comprehensive review processes. Communication and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders will also play an essential part of day-to-day tasks to deliver effective legal solutions.
- Expertise in Law and Legal Document Preparation

- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with various legal systems and jurisdictions is beneficial
