We are Florida's premier residential construction law firm for homeowners. We handle construction disputes through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation in Florida state and Federal courts. We are on track for aggressive growth. We are looking for a fully remote Paralegal who has the legal drafting skills of a lawyer and is familiar with the U.S. legal system.
This Paralegal will work on pre-litigation and litigation files.
On pre-litigation files, you will draft and compile demand packages.
On litigation matters, you will mostly perform legal research and legal writing/drafting of memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
Our office is in Boca Raton, Florida, but this job can be performed from anywhere in the world. Experience with Florida Courts is a plus. Experience with Construction Law is a double-plus.
