Our client is a a fast-growing marketing agency, with big ambitions to change the way lead generation is done. Backed by solid funding and a clear mission, they help clients generate high-quality leads that convert.


They are growing their Paid Department and looking for a Paid Social Specialist with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll join a close-knit team that includes our Head of Paid Media and a PPC Specialist, and you’ll play a key role in driving performance for clients across industries like home improvements, financial services and automotive.

The Role:

  • Plan, build and manage Meta ad campaigns for LeadChoice and our clients.
  • Test and optimise audiences, creative, messaging and funnels to drive ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Report regularly on KPIs such as ROI, CPA, lead quality and conversion.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business goals and shape paid social strategies around them.
  • Collaborate with the wider Paid Department (Head of Paid + PPC Specialist) to share learnings and align strategies across paid channels.
  • Keep ahead of Meta’s evolving features, tools and best practices.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience running Meta campaigns in an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver ROI-positive campaigns, whether lead gen or e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting and acting on performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills: comfortable working directly with clients.
  • Proactive, organised, and excited to keep learning in a fast-paced environment.


Salary: Up to £37,000
