This individual thrives in fast-paced environments, tackles problems creatively, and is motivated by achieving results. The ideal candidate can manage large-scale cold outreach campaigns, experiment confidently with new approaches, and utilise (or learn to utilise) AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Outreach:
Deliver cold outreach campaigns across email, social platforms, and other outbound channels—applying persistence, creativity, and a results-led approach.
List & Data Management
Organise, clean, and segment large prospect lists to maximise engagement and maintain momentum.
AI-Enhanced Personalisation
Use AI tools (or proactively learn them) to create personalised messaging, automate workflows, and scale outreach effectively.
Automation Management
Build and manage automated outreach sequences to ensure consistent activity and high output.
Process Optimisation
Test new tactics, refine messaging, experiment boldly, and continually iterate to improve response rates.
Reporting & Analytics
Monitor key metrics and turn insights into immediate action—adjusting strategies quickly where needed.
Collaboration
Work alongside internal teams to refine positioning, share insights, and align on outreach strategy.

- Experience in cold outreach, prospecting, or lead generation—particularly in environments requiring persistence and adaptability.
- Proactive approach to learning and adopting new tools, including AI and automation technologies.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adjust tone and messaging quickly.
- Highly organised, especially when managing rapid execution and large datasets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make fast improvements.
- Experience creating or optimising automated outreach workflows.
- Familiarity with data management processes.
- Experience delivering multi-channel, multi-step outreach campaigns.
- A genuine self-starter who takes initiative and acts quickly.
