Salary: P50,000-P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 1- 3 years minimum in a sales environment is highly desirable
- Experience in a call centre environment
- A positive track record of being able to achieve KPIs and Targets
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Process and procedure oriented
- Good level of computer literacy. This will include working various CRM’s and Administration systems
- An understanding of sales methodologies (desired but not essential)
- Coachable - the willingness to take on feedback
- Strong work ethic, honest and reliable
What will you do?
You will play an integral role in assisting potential students to take the next steps in their education journey. Our leads are sourced from one of our websites in which potential students submit enquiries to learn more about a course. It will be your job to ensure that our potential students are engaged, motivated and confident to enroll into our courses.
- Manage Outbound Calls
- Manage and nurture your pipeline of warm leads
- Adhere to our contact strategy
- Assisting potential students with their application into their desired course
- Following our compliance measures and maintain a high level of data integrity
- Achieving monthly KPIs
