2. About the Opportunity:
The Order Verification & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurate and providing professional support to customers. This role supports the organization’s order fulfillment process by verifying order details, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. The position is remote and suited for individuals who work well independently, emphasizing accuracy and customer service.
3. Responsibilities:
• Review and verify customer orders for accuracy including products and quantities
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and support platforms
• Update and maintain accurate customer and order records
• Identify and resolve discrepancies before order processing
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment
• Provide timely and professional customer support
4. Requirements:
• Must be based in the United States
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written communication skills
• Basic computer skills including Excel or Google Sheets, email, and data entry
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Prior customer service or data entry experience is a plus but not required
