This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our Real Estate team at D.S Murphy. As an Order Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, maintaining database integrity, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:


  • Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database
  • Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Generate reports on order status and performance metrics

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Order Entry Clerk or similar role
  • Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
