We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our Real Estate team at D.S Murphy. As an Order Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, maintaining database integrity, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer information in the database
- Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Generate reports on order status and performance metrics
- Proven experience as an Order Entry Clerk or similar role
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in Real Estate industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
