Oral Online Sales Head, European Market

As the pioneering leader for our Modern Oral Product online business across Europe, you will build and scale our digital commerce presence from the ground up. This role is pivotal in driving online marketplace growth, shaping the product portfolio, and ensuring operational excellence for the European region.


Job Description:

- Develop and execute the European online (B2B/B2C platform)sales strategy, focusing on acquiring and managing key e-commerce accounts across the EU.

- Drive business development with online platforms: pitch, negotiate, and secure sell-in agreements to expand product distribution.

- Lead data-driven SKU selection and portfolio management for the different countries, optimizing product offerings (including flavors and nicotine strengths) to match local consumer preferences and maximize sales.

- Oversee end-to-end online supply chain, including inventory planning, sales forecasting, and coordinating importation, distribution, and logistics to ensure optimal stock levels.

- Manage and ensure readiness of all commercial, regulatory, and compliance documentation required for product import and distribution in target EU markets.

- Develop and implement online trade marketing and consumer activation plans to stimulate sell-through, including planning promotional campaigns and coordinating consumer communications.

- Collaborate closely with global and regional brand marketing teams to align online activities with brand strategy and campaign launches.

- Be accountable for achieving online sales targets, market share growth within key online accounts (KA), and overall e-commerce P&L health for the region.


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales, key account management, or business development within the FMCG, consumer health, or related sectors, preferably with experience in nicotine or modern oral products.

- Strong existing network and relationships with major European e-commerce platforms and/or online distributors is highly preferred.

- Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Data-literate, with experience in using sales data and consumer insights to drive assortment and activation decisions.

- Solid understanding of EU cross-border e-commerce logistics, import regulations, and compliance requirements for consumer goods.

- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in another major European language is a strong plus.
