Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consultant with a strong blend of functional finance expertise and technical implementation capabilities. The role involves working closely with US-based clients, including public sector organizations (government / education), to deliver scalable and compliant financial consolidation and reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HFM implementation, configuration, and support, along with a solid understanding of financial processes, consolidation, and regulatory reporting in a US environment.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Proven experience in both Functional (Finance) and Technical (development/configuration) aspects
- Experience working with US-based clients and understanding US financial reporting standards
- Prior experience in Public Sector implementations (Government / Education)
- Knowledge of financial consolidation, close processes, and reporting frameworks
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools (FDMEE / ODI / equivalent)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / FCCS
- Exposure to Budgeting, Planning, or DRM/EDMCS
- Experience handling large-scale global or multi-entity implementations
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and audit processes
