Accountabilities
- Support the efficiency of P&C operations by maintaining and improving workflows, standard procedures, and operational best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of processes and systems, identifying gaps, documenting findings, and implementing improvements where needed.
- Create, analyze, and distribute operational reports to provide insights into performance, accuracy, and data consistency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on systems, tools, and operational procedures, providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and reliable data across platforms such as agency management and operational systems, including data entry and clean-up.
- Support and coordinate operational projects, including process improvements, consolidations, and business process outsourcing (BPO) activities.
- Monitor compliance with internal standards and industry requirements, ensuring data integrity and process adherence.
- Collaborate with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Identify training needs and partner with learning teams to develop and deliver operational training solutions.
- 3-5 years of experience in property & casualty (P&C) insurance operations or a related agency operations environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows, operational processes, and agency systems (e.g., Applied Epic or similar platforms).
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking using tools such as Excel and other reporting systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement approach.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience; P&C license or industry experience preferred.
- Competitive base salary range of approximately $75,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
