Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop occupation-specific questions based on real-world experience as a First-Line Supervisor.
- Contribute domain expertise to support AI research and training initiatives.
- Work independently in an asynchronous environment while meeting project requirements.
- Provide insights and structured inputs to improve AI understanding of production and operations roles.
- Log work hours accurately and maintain consistency in task delivery.
- Strong years of full-time experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
- Must be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week.
- Strong understanding of production and operations workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
