About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Order Management Specialist to own Order Management activities for Germany. The role supports the Lead-to-Cash process, coordinates with Sales, Project Management, Logistics and HQ Supply Chain, monitors revenue and milestones, and ensures site readiness and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order Management for Germany
• Maintain and update OIT forecast status
• Coordinate production planning with HQ supply chain
• Monitor revenue status and milestone tracking; identify risks and resolve standard blockers
• Ensure site readiness confirmation before shipment
• Support logistics coordination and delivery scheduling
• Conduct biweekly funnel health checks with Sales teams
• Provide performance analysis and operational reporting
  
  

Your Profile

• Fluent English and German
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, consulting, project coordination, or similar roles
• Detail-oriented with strong task ownership
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working across functions
• Ability to manage high-volume operational communication
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel / CRM platforms / data handling
