ABOUT THE COMPANY:
- We are a fast-growing consumer packaged goods brand sold in major national retail chains and distributed through large national distributors.
- We are building the operational infrastructure to support significant growth over the next two years and need sharp, execution-focused people to help get us there.
THE ROLE:
- We are looking for an Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day execution that keeps our supply chain and order flow running without errors or dropped balls.
- This is not a virtual assistant role and not a senior strategy role — it sits in between.
- You execute with precision, communicate professionally, and take ownership without being told twice.
- You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with the founding team.
- Over time this person becomes the operational backbone of the company.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Track all orders from purchase order through fulfillment and delivery — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- Coordinate with our third-party logistics provider daily — follow up on delays, resolve issues, escalate when needed.
- Communicate with wholesale accounts and distributors via email on behalf of the brand.
- Maintain and update internal trackers in Google Sheets.
- Manage tasks and projects in Asana — keeping everything current and visible.
- Keep Google Drive organized and documentation current.
- Write and maintain SOPs so every process is repeatable and nothing depends on memory.
- Flag issues before they become problems — proactive communication is non-negotiable.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a coordination-heavy role — CPG or physical goods experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with Asana for task and project management.
- Excellent written English — you will communicate externally on behalf of the brand.
- Someone who produces clean, structured, well-formatted work naturally — not because they were asked to.
- Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss.
- Able to manage multiple open tasks independently and know what needs to happen next without being reminded.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Ownership mindset — if something is your responsibility, you see it through to completion.
WHAT THIS IS NOT:
- A marketing, creative, or strategy role.
- A role for someone who needs constant direction or reminders.
- A part-time or flexible-hours position — full availability during US business hours is required.
