What You'll Do

  • Drive game-changing project outcomes that boost operational accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while delivering outstanding results that elevate customer satisfaction to new heights.
  • Lead dynamic cross-functional teams to crush project goals while building strong, strategic vendor relationships that drive success and exceed expectations.
  • Deliver actionable insights and bold recommendations that fuel continuous innovation, enhancing business processes and strengthening vendor partnerships for long-term success.
  • Proactively address risks to prevent project delays or customer-impacting incidents.

What You'll Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. PMP® Certified.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in project management, vendor management, or related roles. Background screening experience is a plus!
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as data analysis and reporting platforms.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in developing and maintaining vendor relationships to achieve performance and compliance standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate data and interpret trends to make proactive, informed decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying and addressing project or operational issues efficiently.
  • Remote Work: A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
