- Support day‐to‐day execution of client‐aligned programs, including sales initiatives, renewals, incentives, and partner programs.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
- Maintain program documentation, trackers, and operational playbooks.
- Prepare and maintain operational and performance reports (KPIs, dashboards, trackers).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems.
- Support analysis of trends related to bookings, renewals, pipeline, or program performance.
- Work within Salesforce (or similar CRM) to extract and validate data.
- Support reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Business Objects.
- Partner with internal teams on light system enhancements or process improvements.
- Serve as an operational point of contact for internal teams supporting client‐specific programs.
- Communicate status updates, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently.
- Assist in preparing materials for leadership updates or program reviews.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and propose practical, scalable improvements.
- Support implementation of approved process changes.
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, program management, business analysis, or sales operations.
- Experience supporting client‐specific sales teams, programs, tools, or reporting environments.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross‐functionally and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience supporting sales incentives, renewals, or go‐to‐market programs.
- Exposure to Tableau, Business Objects, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience working in global or regional programs (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
- Familiarity with client‐specific sales motions, partner models, or channel programs.
- No Relocation.
- Remote within the United States.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Annual pay of $80,000 - $95,000 plus benefits
