About the Opportunity Careerscape is hiring an Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a leading sales organization based in San Francisco. This fully remote role is ideal for a natural leader who excels at building structure, managing teams, and keeping operations running at peak performance. You'll own internal processes, lead administrative staff, and ensure the sales team has everything they need to hit their targets.
Compensation: $90,000–$115,000/year
Location: Remote (Client based in San Francisco, CA)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth cross-functional workflows
- Lead, mentor, and manage administrative and support staff
- Develop, implement, and refine internal policies and SOPs
- Plan and coordinate team meetings, offsites, and company-wide events
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and office tools/subscriptions
- Monitor operational KPIs and report on efficiency improvements to leadership
- Optimize resource allocation to support sales team productivity
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance remote culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or related field
- Proven ability to manage teams and delegate effectively
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Problem-solver who takes initiative without waiting for direction
- Experience in a sales or revenue-driven environment is a plus
