About Pink Palm Puff
Pink Palm Puff is a fast growing ecommerce fashion brand across North America and internationally. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen and support our customer service and logistics infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence across the business.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that operational projects, process improvements, and day to day business activities remain on pace and aligned with company goals. This role requires a highly organized professional with proven ecommerce fashion brand experience and strong expertise in Shopify logistics and fulfillment operations.
You will work cross functionally to support customer service, logistics, finance, and human resources, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and consistent operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ecommerce operations with a primary focus on customer service and logistics
- Manage and optimize Shopify order management, fulfillment workflows, and returns processes
- Maintain oversight of inventory flow, warehouse coordination, shipping timelines, and vendor relationships
- Strengthen communication between customer service and logistics to ensure accurate order handling and issue resolution
- Monitor customer experience metrics and identify operational improvements that enhance service quality
- Ensure service level standards and fulfillment timelines are consistently met
- Track operational initiatives and workflow improvements using Asana and other project management tools
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate closely with finance on inventory reconciliation, cost tracking, and operational reporting
- Support leadership with operational reporting, forecasting support, and execution of business priorities
- Ensure deadlines, service standards, and operational deliverables are met with consistency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of operations experience
- Direct experience working within an ecommerce fashion brand
- Strong Shopify ecommerce logistics and fulfillment experience
- Demonstrated experience managing customer service and logistics workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced remote environment
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Shopify platform and ecommerce operations
- Advanced experience with Asana or similar project management software
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Experience with ecommerce tools, inventory systems, fulfillment platforms, and shipping software
