About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator who is excited to learn how a modern e-commerce supply chain works. You’ll work closely with our procurement, logistics, and fulfillment teams to support the flow of products from factories to customers, helping ensure inventory moves efficiently, orders ship on time, and data stays accurate. This role offers exposure to international manufacturing, logistics, inventory planning, and e-commerce operations.


Salary: $40,000 CAD annually. Must be eligible to work in Canada. 


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with internal teams to track purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movement
  • Monitor inbound shipments from manufacturing partners and update internal tracking tools
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and systems
  • Support order fulfillment operations and assist with resolving shipping or inventory issues
  • Track and report on operational metrics such as stock levels, backorders, and fulfillment performance
  • Assist with documentation for logistics, customs, and supplier communications
  • Support cross-functional projects between operations, finance, marketing, and customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficienc


What We’re Looking For

  • 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel
  • Clear communicator who can coordinate across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Experience with Shopify, inventory management systems, or 3PLs is a plus
