- Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world eligibility interview workflows.
- Apply professional experience to support AI research and evaluation tasks.
- Translate government program eligibility processes into structured formats for AI systems.
- Review and refine content to ensure accuracy and real-world relevance.
- Work independently while meeting defined quality and consistency standards.
- Strong years of full-time experience as an Eligibility Interviewer in government programs.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based role.
