Operations & Compliance Officer – Zurich, Switzerland
Our client, a rapidly growing Banking firm based in Zurich, is looking for a Operations & Compliance Officer to support key regulatory and operational workflows. Operating at the intersection of finance and technology, they provide cutting-edge trading solutions for global digital asset markets.
You’ll work on:
- Managing client onboarding and KYC/AML checks
- Supporting financial reporting and compliance monitoring
- Assisting with international licensing and regulatory filings
- Improving internal processes and operational tools
What you bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in compliance, operations, or regulatory roles (Fintech preferred).
- Solid understanding of AML and financial compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on mindset
- Swiss or EU passport

Salary: CHF 90’000 – CHF 130’000 + Bonus + Benefits
