Operations Administrator (Part-Time | Fully Remote)

Our client, an FCA regulated insurance broking intermediary and Lloyd's of London coverholder, is seeking a highly organised Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.
You will work closely with a small senior team and help manage key operational processes for a business with approximately 32,000 policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting claims liaison between policyholders, brokers, and underwriters
- Managing customer communications and annual mailings
- Supporting compliance processes and operational reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in administration, operations, or compliance
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Experience in insurance or financial services is beneficial but not essential
