Job Description

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to support a growing subscription-based program focused on delivering high-value benefits to loyal customers. This team designs, tests, and launches new subscriber benefits, runs experiments to improve retention, and continuously evaluates performance to optimize the customer experience.


In this role, you’ll help research new ideas, execute experiments, and ensure subscriber programs run smoothly at scale. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in Strategy & Operations, Product, and Analytics to support accurate execution and operational excellence.


About the Role

The Operations Specialist role is highly execution-focused. You’ll support the setup, launch, and ongoing management of subscriber benefit programs and experiments. On a typical day, you may configure in-app experiences using internal tools, analyze experiment results, troubleshoot operational issues, or assist with rolling out new benefits.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn new systems and tools while working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Execute the launch and management of subscriber benefit experiments and programs using internal tools and systems
  • Monitor program performance and resolve operational issues as they arise
  • Support the setup, tracking, and analysis of experiments designed to improve the subscriber experience
  • Analyze dashboards and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Identify and recommend operational improvements that make programs easier to launch and manage
  • Develop expertise in internal tools and apply them to new initiatives and scenarios


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in operations, analytics, customer experience, or a similar execution-focused role (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Strong interest in learning new systems, tools, and processes
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to understand performance and inform decisions
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Reliable, execution-driven approach with a bias toward action
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and openness to new approaches
