Your Mission

Turn complexity into clarity.

You’ll design the automations and workflows that power our client delivery — from DNA kit onboarding to supplement fulfillment to coaching dashboards — ensuring GeneLean360° scales with precision and ease.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to eliminate bottlenecks, automate repetitive work, and build the operational backbone of a fast-scaling healthtech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and document all current automations, workflows, and data pipelines (GoHighLevel, Notion, Zapier/Make)
  • Build and optimize workflows for client onboarding, supplement fulfillment, and strategist dashboards
  • Design tracking systems to measure efficiency and growth
  • Create clean documentation and SOPs so the team can execute confidently
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate marketing, fulfillment, and coaching systems
  • Identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable time/cost savings
  • Train and support team members through new system rollouts
  • Recommend and scope new tools or platforms as we scale toward SaaS delivery


You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Have 3+ years of experience in operations automation within SaaS, healthtech, or service environments
  • Are fluent in GoHighLevel, Notion, and Zapier/Make with a systems architect mindset
  • Can map processes, identify inefficiencies, and automate without overcomplicating
  • Are proactive, resourceful, and outcome-driven — a true builder
  • Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure
  • Thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments

  • Bonus: experience with healthcare, genomics, or regulated data systems
