Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while working with our customers to obtain repayment on their past due loans in a timely manner.
- Managing customer communications across all channels, such as email, chat, and phone
- Meet and exceed individual and departmental goals and performance requirements
- Participate and engage in team meetings and performance reviews
- Be a subject matter expert as it pertains to our products, processes and procedures
- Report to all shifts on-time and ready to work - reliable attendance is critical
- Being flexible and an agent of change
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Government Issued Photo ID
- Clean Criminal Record
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Wage:
- $17.85 - $20 Per hour
