- Assist in the introduction and implementation of new scheduling techniques and procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze various situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a healthcare-related scheduling or administrative role
- Familiarity with EGAIN web-based systems or similar scheduling software
- Proven ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
