What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule complex treatments with meticulous attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service by managing incoming calls and contacting patients regarding treatment times

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or scheduling capacity
• Strong ability to manage high call volumes while delivering excellent customer service
• Proficiency in using complex medical terminology and scheduling protocols
• Adherence to policies and procedures to safeguard university assets

• Experience in a patient scheduling role within a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with scheduling software and computer applications
