About the Role
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and creative Onboarding Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work with a small, dynamic team that’s passionate about helping home services business owners succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new brands—from sales handoff through software configuration and training—ensuring efficient and successful implementation.
- Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with brand staff and franchisees through authentic communication and rapport.
- Empower clients to confidently customize the platform to meet their specific business needs.
- Deliver engaging, effective training sessions that educate and enable new users.
- Handle time-sensitive and high-pressure inquiries with professionalism and composure.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and contribute to continuous refinement of best practices.
- Gather user feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the product and overall client experience.
- Conduct group training sessions to help users get the most out of the platform.
- Develop and maintain customer success materials, guides, and other support content.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of onboarding or customer success experience, demonstrating confidence, ambition, and attention to detail.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Solid understanding of web and app-based platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and active team player, able to multitask and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Unicorn skill: experience in the Home Services or Franchise industries.
