2. About the Opportunity:
The Onboarding Specialist is a non-technical role within the Practice Growth team responsible for onboarding and supporting medical practices as they integrate with the platform. This position ensures successful adoption and long-term engagement by guiding clients through the onboarding process, managing account setups, and facilitating feature activation. The role contributes to the organization’s growth by optimizing client relationships and providing insights to improve service delivery and scalability.
3. Responsibilities:
• Conduct registration calls with medical practices to guide onboarding and platform navigation
• Set up office accounts, manage statuses, and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and Outreach
• Present and activate new features for customers interested in platform enhancements
• Participate in special projects and collaborate with the Account Management team to refine client engagement strategies
• Provide feedback on practice performance and suggest improvements for scaling account management
4. Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in New Client Implementation or Onboarding, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, and Google Meet
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Passionate, curious, and results-driven mindset
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
