About the Opportunity:
The organization is a fast-growing FinTech company founded in 2019 that offers a Buy Now, Pay Later solution for medical practices such as dentists, medical aesthetics, and veterinarians. The role involves setting up customers for success with a financing platform and managing new accounts for the first 30 days to ensure effective onboarding and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver training to customers
• Prepare before calls to ensure efficient and practical implementation
• Share narratives based on past customer successes to build momentum
• Use various software platforms to conduct onboarding
• Maximize customer usage of the platform within 30 days
• Introduce and optimize marketing and placement with merchant partners
• Provide best practices and materials to increase customer revenue and platform usage
• Provide feedback to internal teams
Requirements:
• 2 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect interpersonally
• Comfortable using various software platforms
• Adaptable with troubleshooting skills
• Problem solver with high attention to detail
• Bonus for experience in sales, customer success, or account management
Compensation:
• $87,000 base pay
• $33,000 uncapped on-target commission
• Equity grant
