ProMed Health Plus, a growing company in the DME and wound care space, is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to work directly with Owners and our SVP of Operations. This in-office role oversees daily operations, executive support, onboarding, and cross-department coordination in a regulated healthcare environment where structure and accountability are essential. Ideal for someone with strong executive assistance or operations experience who wants growth into higher-level leadership.
- Work directly with the SVP of Operations on daily execution and oversight
- Inside Sales - Collect payments (earn commissions)
- Manage office structure and workflow
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Designate tasks and ensure cross-department follow-through
- Coordinate with Admin, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Warehouse
- Maintain internal systems, CRM updates, and data entry
- Provide light QuickBooks support (not full-charge accounting)
- Assist with packaging and fulfillment operations (with team support)
- Experience in executive assistance, operations coordination, or office management
- Highly organized and structured
- Comfortable operating in a healthcare / DME environment
- Reliable and punctual (7 AM start time required)
- Able to manage multiple moving parts in a growing company
- Strong communication and task delegation skills
DME or medical industry experience is a plus but not required.
- $45,000 – $50,000 base
