- Experience in compiling operational or statistical reports and presenting trend information
- Familiarity with managing workloads using computerized systems to meet deadlines
- Experience coordinating projects or tasks with multiple internal units
- Background in supporting office financial tasks, including tracking costs and reviewing invoices
- Experience in handling confidential correspondence
