We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Assistant to help ensure smooth daily operations in our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and thrives in a supportive role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and common areas
  • Help with filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks
  • Assist in coordinating office events and logistics
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
What You Bring
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative support role
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English; German or French is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Vocational training in administration or related field preferred
