Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and common areas
- Help with filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support various departments with administrative tasks
- Assist in coordinating office events and logistics
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Previous experience in an office or administrative support role
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in English; German or French is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Vocational training in administration or related field preferred
