THE OPPORTUNITY
Inspiring Teachers is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to quality education across Africa. After five years of developing teacher-support tools, we are now focused on refining and scaling its approach. Having launched the Tools for Foundational Learning (TFLI) program in Cape Coast, Ghana, in 2025, Inspiring Teachers Ghana was formally established through the merger of CPDTE and Inspiring Teachers in 2025.
For the 2025–2026 academic year, we continue supporting our testbed schools in Cape Coast while expanding to 80 government schools in the Central Region. Alongside this growth, we are refining our model, trialing new tools, and pursuing long-term opportunities to scale through government partnerships. This includes close collaboration with district education personnel and the development of a complementary mathematics curriculum.
