- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide clients with the best support
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop skills and share insights
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly preferred
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous
