- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, and shipping details via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian
- Assist customers with account management, including creating accounts, tracking orders, and processing returns
- Provide solutions to customer issues, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
- Collaborate with logistics and product teams to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
