Your Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with care and professionalism
- Communicate effectively through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Become familiar with our client systems to provide efficient and high-quality service
- Collaborate with your team to ensure the prompt resolution of customer issues
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication with clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies tailored for remote work
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
