- Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address client concerns
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful assistance to clients
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems quickly
- A friendly and approachable attitude towards clients
