As a Norwegian Speaking Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking clients. Your role will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships through effective communication and service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address client concerns
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful assistance to clients
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems quickly
• A friendly and approachable attitude towards clients
