- Collaborate with internal logistics and operations teams to resolve any delivery challenges effectively

- Identify common issues and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality
- Stay informed about company services, policies, and delivery procedures to offer accurate information
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Experience in customer service, preferably within delivery, logistics, or transportation sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools is a plus
