- Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communication
- Handle customer inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues
- Effectively resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with other departments to improve service delivery
- Stay informed about the latest gaming products and industry developments
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
