Your Role:


We are seeking a high-performance in the field oriented and "hungry" sales professional to lead business development in the Nordic growth markets. As a permanent recruited talent, you will act as the strategic pivot for regional expansion.


  • Entrepreneurial Hunter: You manage a high-value pipeline of €850,000 – €1.7M.
  • Capex Specialist: You have a proven track record in medical device sales, specifically closing complex, high-value Capital Expenditure (Capex) deals.
  • Market Builder: You will navigate high-trust dialogues with clinic owners and surgeons, traveling extensively across urban hubs like Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Helsinki.
  • Linguistic Expert: You are fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.


Compensation & Growth


  • Salary: approximately 80k€ package with uncapped potential
  • Flexibility and Ownership: This is an “entrepreneurial” role with full ownership of your business, and fast-moving environment and leadership.
  • Future Leadership: This is a foundational role with clear paths toward senior strategic or team leadership positions.
